How Does Scaling Work?
The scale of the print is the size of the single tile that repeats. If you select a smaller scale, you will see the print repeated more often than if you select a larger scales.
We offer 3 Scales:
- 3×3 (Your tile will repeat every 3 inches. This is a small scale.)
- 6×6 (Your tile will repeat every 6 inches. This is a medium scale.)
- 12×12 (Your tile will repeat every 12 inches. This is a large scale.)
Can I order my fabric on a different scale?
Sure! If you know the scale you want to use, leave a comment when placing your order.

What is the Turn Around Time (TAT)?
TAT is approximately 6 weeks from the end of the preorder to arrival at ATGF HQ. It takes 2-3 days to process orders and get them shipped out. From there, it depends on where you are in relation to HQ, as delivery times vary. In general, you can expect to have your fabrics in your hands within 7-8 weeks.

How often do you do Preorders?
Our preorders run once each month, with the exception of Chinese New Year in February
How do I order Custom Prints?
- Add this item to your cart
- Be sure to upload the original seamless file (no watermarks)
- Ensure the print quality is at least 300 dpi for best results
What about shipping?
Shipping is calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the distance it needs to travel to get to you.
Shipping fees are paid at the time of placing your order.
We ship from Canada to Canadian addresses only.
What about pickup?
If you’re picking up your order in Kingston, select Kingston as your pick up location at checkout.
If you’re picking up your order in Sudbury, select Sudbury as your shipping option
- But wait, why is there a charge for picking up in Sudbury?! Well, we don’t have a teleporter, so unfortunately we need to use a courier service. We charge each person a nominal service fee to get the package to Sudbury. Once it’s here, you can pick up at your convenience!
What is your return/exchange policy?
Fabric must be uncut and unwashed (no exceptions) to be eligible for return. The flaw must be larger than a dime to be eligible for return/exchange. Often if there is a larger flaw we include extra length to make up for it so please measure your fabric before contacting us.
Return shipping is at the buyers expense (you can ship or drop off at the Kingston, or Sudbury locations whichever is easiest). Refunds will only be processed when fabric is back in our hands. Refunds/exchanges are only available on AGTF fabrics not custom fabrics. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order (based on shipment tracking).

How do I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled during the preorder. Once a preorder is closed we cannot cancel your order/refund.
